As part of an additional effort to ameliorate our MultiCloud infrastructure in Brussels, Madrid, Montreal, some of our instances will need to be migrated to a different hypervisor.
This migration will start on Friday, July 23rd - 22:00 CEST and all migrations are expected to be completed on Saturday, July 24th - 09:00 CEST. Your instances will be inaccessible for a few minutes during this period.
Most importantly, your IP address will need to be changed after the migration. The migration will be launched configuring the new IPs automatically during the period stated previously.
Since the VM disk will need to be transferred via network, we always recommend to keep recent backups of the important data externally to avoid any potential issue or loss during the process.
